WHAT DID YOU LIKE ABOUT COACHING WITH DEBORAH?
I was not sure what coaching was all about before I did it. That said, I enjoyed having someone to talk to that won't judge, but work with you to improve yourself.
WHAT WERE YOUR TAKE-AWAYS FROM YOUR TIME WITH DEBORAH?
To be honest, it was very personal and I would prefer not to say exactly what it was, but it was good that I was able to finally face my issues and express them.
We are now working to mend how I feel. That was a big step for me and if Deborah had not helped me, I would not have had the strength to face my emotions.
